Circuit Rules

Official rules, eligibility requirements, and prize payout details for ROSO Arena Circuit.

General Rules

  • ROSO Arena Circuit is a free-to-enter, cash-prize Valorant tournament series.
  • Events are held on Saturdays. Check the Events page for the current schedule.
  • Pacific Time (PT) is the official timezone for all event scheduling.
  • All participants must follow ROSO's Code of Conduct throughout the event.
  • Unsportsmanlike behavior, harassment, or cheating will result in immediate disqualification.
  • ROSO Arena Circuit reserves the right to modify event details at any time with reasonable notice.
  • By registering, all participants agree to abide by these rules in full.

Eligibility

  • Open to all North America (NA) region Valorant players.
  • All players must have an active, verified Valorant account in good standing.
  • Team sizes vary by event format: 2v2 (2 players per team) or 3v3 (3 players per team). Check each event's details for the specific format.
  • Players may only compete on one team per event.
  • No rank restrictions — all ranks welcome.
  • Players must be at least 13 years of age to participate.
  • Accounts flagged or banned by Riot Games are not eligible.

Registration

  • Registration is free — there is no entry fee.
  • Teams register via the official Google Form linked on the Events page.
  • Each team must designate one team captain responsible for communications.
  • Registration closes at or before the check-in time on event day.
  • Incomplete or duplicate registrations may be disqualified without notice.
  • The team captain is responsible for ensuring all roster information is accurate.

Check-In & Format

  • Team captains must check in during the designated check-in window (see event details for times).
  • Teams that miss check-in will be removed from the bracket without exception.
  • Tournament format varies by event — 2v2 Skirmish, 3v3 TDM, or other announced modes. Format details are communicated per event.
  • Map pool follows the current Valorant competitive map pool.
  • Map veto rules and match settings will be provided in the event Discord channel.
  • Matches are played in Custom Game mode; settings to be specified by tournament staff.

Prize Pool & Payouts

  • Prize pool amount varies per event — check the specific event's details card for the prize pool.
  • Prizes are distributed to the winning team after results are verified by ROSO staff.
  • Prizes are paid out within 7 business days of the event conclusion.
  • Winners must provide valid payment information to receive prizes.
  • ROSO Arena Circuit is not responsible for delays caused by incorrect payment details.
  • Prize amounts are listed in USD.

Conduct & Integrity

  • All players must use their official Valorant in-game name during the tournament.
  • Use of exploits, bugs, or third-party software is strictly prohibited and results in disqualification.
  • Stream sniping or intentional disconnects for tactical advantage are prohibited.
  • Any disputes must be reported to a tournament admin immediately — post-event disputes will not be accepted.
  • Decisions by ROSO admins are final.
  • Toxicity, slurs, or hate speech of any kind will result in permanent ban from the circuit.

Disconnects & Technical Issues

  • If a player disconnects within the first 3 rounds of a map, admins may call a remake at their discretion.
  • Disconnects after round 3 will generally not result in a replay unless caused by a server-side issue.
  • ROSO is not responsible for individual internet or hardware failures.
  • Any technical issue claims must be reported to an admin before the match result is submitted.
