  • Registration data: When you register for an event via Google Forms, Google collects the information you provide (such as your Valorant in-game name/tag and Discord username). This data is processed by Google subject to their own privacy policy.
  • Public results data: Player display names, in-game tags, tournament placement, and prize amounts are collected from event results and published publicly on this site.
  • Usage data: This website may automatically collect standard browser information such as your IP address, browser type, pages visited, and time spent, via hosting analytics. No personally identifiable usage data is actively stored by us.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To organize and run tournament events, including check-in, bracket seeding, and results reporting.
  • To publish public player profiles and win histories on this site as a record of tournament achievements.
  • To distribute prize winnings to verified winners.
  • We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties.

3. Third-Party Services

  • Google Forms: Event registration is handled via Google Forms. Your use of Google Forms is subject to Google's Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
  • Google Fonts: This site uses Google Fonts for typography. Google may collect limited usage data when fonts are loaded. See Google's privacy policy for details.

  • Tournament results, including player names and prize amounts, are public records published on this site. By participating, you consent to your results being publicly displayed.
  • If you would like your public profile or win history removed from this site, contact Star on Discord (st4r.1) with your request. Requests will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

ROSO Tournaments takes reasonable precautions to protect the limited data we hold. However, as a community-run organization, we cannot guarantee absolute security of any information transmitted to or stored by us. We recommend you avoid sharing sensitive personal information beyond what is necessary for registration.
